At School for Analytics, we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences and transparent policies for all students. By registering for any course, programme, batch, or training service through our website, you agree to the refund conditions stated below.
1. Refund After Registration
If you have completed a single Course and later decide that you do not wish to continue with the course, you may request a refund. In such cases, only 50% of the total amount paid will be eligible for refund.
The remaining 50% will be retained towards registration, administrative, processing, scheduling, platform, and training-related costs already incurred by School for Analytics.
Important: Once registration is confirmed, a full refund can only be done within 2 days of registration, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. No Refund After Completing Two Courses
If a student has completed two courses under the registered programme, batch, package, or learning plan, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Completion of two courses will be treated as substantial usage of the training service. After this stage, the student will not be eligible to claim any refund for the remaining courses, classes, modules, or services included in the registration.
3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted to School for Analytics through the official contact details or enquiry channels available on our website. The request should include the student's registered name, course or batch details, contact information, and payment details.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the eligible amount will be processed using an appropriate payment method. Any applicable payment gateway, banking, or transaction charges may be deducted where necessary.
5. Acceptance of This Policy
By registering and making payment for a course at School for Analytics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
- Refund after registration: Maximum 50% of the amount paid.
- After completion of two courses: No refund.
- Refund requests are subject to verification of registration, payment, and course completion status.
